Service Recognition Awards: At Renshaw we strive to develop a workforce that feel valued and appreciated which is reflected by a third of Renshaw employees having now worked in the business for 10 years or more.
Leadership Development Programme: Commenced in January 2014, nearly 100 people from Renshaw have been through this programme and plans are in place to further develop and roll it out across the entire business. The time and effort Renshaw has put into making this programme a success was recognised at the EEF Future Manufacturing Awards 2015. Renshaw was the national winner of the “Developing People Award” after winning the North West Region award earlier that year.
Our continued focus to promote a culture of personal development at Renshaw is evident through initiatives like our mentoring program, our Continuous Improvement (CI) projects and sharing best practice and external tools and resources to help develop this.
Gender Pay Gap Reporting: People are at the centre of everything we do and we have long been committed to eliminating discrimination and encouraging diversity amongst our workforce. As an employer we welcome the reporting of the gender pay gap across large employers, being open and transparent about such subjects will encourage not only ourselves but others to make progress in bridging these gaps.
